The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board of Psychology has released the results of the September 2026 Psychometricians Licensure Examination (PmLE), formerly referred to as the BLEPP. The announcement includes the official list of successful examinees, top-performing candidates, and school performance.
A total of 14,146 out of 15,423 examinees passed the examination, resulting in a 91.72% overall passing rate. The PRC also reported that the results of one examinee were withheld pending the final determination of the individual’s liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.
The September 2026 PmLE was conducted after several changes to the original examination schedule. It was initially set for August 19–20, 2026, but the PRC moved the examination to September 1–2 because of persistent heavy rainfall brought by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).
The examination schedule in Pampanga was subsequently adjusted again. Originally scheduled for September 1–2, the Pampanga examination was moved to September 17–18, 2026, following unfavorable weather conditions and widespread flooding in parts of Central Luzon.
The PmLE was administered at designated PRC testing centers in NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

Release of Results
Update as of September 23, 2026: The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has confirmed that the results of the September 2026 Psychometrician Licensure Examination (PsLE/PmLE) are scheduled for release today.
In its announcement, the PRC encouraged examinees to remain patient and confident as the long-awaited results approach. The Commission also congratulated those who are expected to qualify for the professional title of Registered Psychometrician (RPm).
Previous Updates
Under PRC Resolution No. 2243, Series of 2026, the September 2026 Psychometrician Licensure Examination results were scheduled for release on September 23, 2026.
The examination was initially set for August 19–20, 2026, but the PRC moved the schedule to September 1–2, 2026 pursuant to PRC Resolution No. 2237, Series of 2026.
For comparison, the September 2025 Psychometrician Licensure Examination results were released four working days after the examination, while the August 2024 results were announced five working days after the tests.
Examinees are advised to monitor official PRC announcements for the latest information regarding the September 2026 examination results.
Schedule of Registration
The PRC will release the schedule for online appointments for initial registration, including the issuance of Professional Identification Cards and Certificates of Registration for newly licensed psychometricians.
Initial Registration: Starting September 29, 2026
Successful examinees should complete their registration through the official PRC online services portal and comply with the instructions provided by the Commission.
Applicants are generally required to prepare the following:
Notice of Admission (NOA) – for identification purposes
Accomplished Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
Two passport-size photographs with a white background and complete name tag
Two sets of documentary stamps
One short brown envelope
Successful examinees are required to personally complete the registration process and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Verification of Rating
After the official publication of the September 2026 examination results, examinees will be able to check their individual ratings and examination results online through the PRC’s verification system.
To access the verification service, examinees will generally need to provide their examination name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and date of birth.
The online service allows examinees to confirm their official examination results and ratings through the PRC system.
Oath-Taking Ceremonies
Successful examinees who wish to attend the face-to-face mass oath-taking ceremony must complete the required online registration within the period set by the PRC. Registration for attendance generally closes at 12:00 noon on the day before the scheduled ceremony.
Those unable to attend the in-person ceremony may participate in a virtual oath-taking ceremony or apply for a special oath-taking, subject to PRC guidelines and the availability of schedules.
For online oath-taking, passers may access the PRC online services portal and select “e-OATH” as the transaction. Online registration generally closes five calendar days before the scheduled virtual oath-taking.
Inductees should also print the “OATH OF PROFESSIONAL” form available through the PRC Online Services system.
After completing the oath-taking ceremony, newly licensed psychometricians must proceed with Initial Registration by securing an online appointment through the PRC portal and completing the remaining registration requirements.
