LET Results September 2026 Licensure Exam for Teachers (Elementary and Secondary Levels) Passers

The results of the September 2026 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT) are expected to be released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on or before November 27, 2026. The Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) is scheduled for September 20, 2026, and will be administered at designated testing centers across the country, including the National Capital Region (NCR), Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Antique, Bacolod, Batanes, Bayambang, Bohol, Catarman, Cauayan, Digos, Dumaguete, General Santos, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Kidapawan, Laguna, Lipa in Batangas, Marinduque, Mati, Nueva Vizcaya, Oroquieta in Misamis Occidental, Romblon, Roxas City, San Jose in Occidental Mindoro, Tagum, Valencia, Santiago City, Balangkayan in Eastern Samar, and Virac in Catanduanes.

The examination is being administered under the supervision of the Board for Professional Teachers, led by Chairperson Dr. Rosita L. Navarro, Vice Chairperson Dr. Paz I. Lucido, and Member Dr. Paraluman R. Giron.

Release of Results

For comparison, the March 2026 LET results were released by the PRC on May 12, 2026, or 39 working days after the examination. Examinees are encouraged to regularly check official PRC announcements and reliable result updates for the latest information.

Schedule of Registration

The schedule for the initial registration of newly licensed professional teachers, including the issuance of Professional Identification Cards (PICs) and Certificates of Registration (CORs), will be announced by the PRC after the September 2026 examination results are released.

Those who pass the examination will need to complete the initial registration process through the official PRC online services portal and follow the instructions provided for new professionals.

Applicants are generally required to prepare the following documents and materials:

Notice of Admission (NOA) – to be presented for identification purposes
Duly accomplished Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
Two passport-size ID photographs with a white background and complete name tag
Two sets of documentary stamps
One short brown envelope

The PRC may impose additional requirements or provide updated instructions when it announces the registration schedule for successful September 2026 examinees.

Verification of Rating

The online verification of examination results and ratings for the September 2026 LEPT will become available after the PRC officially releases the results.

Coverage of Examinations

For Elementary Teacher examinees, the examination consists of General Education and Professional Education. Elementary Teacher examinees with a specialization are required to take General Education, Professional Education, and their respective Specialization subject.

Previous LET Results

The Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT) remains one of the major licensure examinations administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), drawing tens of thousands of aspiring teachers in every examination cycle.

In the March 2026 LET, a total of 18,376 elementary teacher examinees passed out of 32,796, equivalent to a 56.03% passing rate. For the secondary level, 45,001 examinees successfully passed out of 61,561, representing a 73.10% passing rate.

The PRC released the March 2026 examination results on May 12, 2026, 39 working days after the examination.

Meanwhile, the September and November 2025 LEPT recorded a larger number of examinees. At the elementary level, 21,967 out of 43,035 examinees passed, resulting in a 51.04% passing rate. For secondary teachers, 57,729 out of 79,493 examinees successfully passed, equivalent to a 72.62% passing rate.

The PRC conducted the examinations on September 21 and November 30, 2025, with the results released on December 18, 2025, after 63 working days.

The previous examination figures provide context for the upcoming September 2026 LEPT, although past passing rates do not determine the results of future examinations.
